Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Donahue Media Group LLC, doing business as Skyway Interactive (“Skyway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our public websites and view virtual tours we host on Skyway-owned domains.

This Policy applies to visitors of Skyway-owned websites and virtual tour subdomains, including skywayinteractive.com and tour subdomains such as skywayvr.com, suiteview.com, greekview.com, birdieview.com, athleticview.io, and skyway.tours (collectively, the “Sites”).

Skyway also hosts virtual tours on subdomains controlled by our clients (for example, a tour reachable at a client-owned domain). When you visit a tour on a client-controlled subdomain, the privacy policy and terms posted by that client apply to your visit. This Policy does not govern your visit to those client-owned domains, even though Skyway operates the underlying infrastructure on the client’s behalf.

Skyway also provides services to business clients under separate contracts. The handling of client data and any access provided to client representatives (for example, access to analytics dashboards) is governed by those contracts and by Skyway’s internal policies, not by this public Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect limited technical information through our analytics platform, including:

  • IP address (used in aggregate; not stored in a way that identifies you personally)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages or tours viewed and time spent
  • Referring website
  • General geographic region (derived from IP, not precise location)

Information You Provide Directly

If you contact us through a contact form or by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial or payment information, health or medical records, biometric identifiers, or government-issued identification numbers through the Sites.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Sites and the virtual tours we host
  • Understand how visitors interact with our content (in aggregate)
  • Respond to inquiries and communications you send to us
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics platform that we self-host on U.S.-based infrastructure. Umami is designed to operate without cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not use analytics data to identify individual users, and we do not sell or share analytics data for advertising purposes.

Because Umami operates without cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information, no separate analytics opt-out is required. You can further limit tracking through your browser settings or privacy-focused browser extensions.

Security and Spam Prevention

We use Google reCAPTCHA on certain forms to help prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect information from your device for security purposes. Use of reCAPTCHA is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies

Our analytics platform does not use cookies. We may use a small number of essential cookies for basic site functionality (for example, remembering session state on contact forms). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party providers to host our infrastructure (Liquid Web) and to provide spam prevention (Google reCAPTCHA). These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skyway, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers: If Skyway is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before any such transfer becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain analytics data only as long as it is useful for understanding site performance and trends, and inquiry communications only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. We retain information longer when required by law or to resolve disputes.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion. Because we collect very limited information through the Sites — primarily aggregated, non-identifying analytics — we may have little or no information tied to you specifically. To make a request, contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.

Children’s Privacy

The Sites are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

International Visitors

Skyway is based in the United States, and the Sites are operated from the United States. If you visit the Sites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Links to Other Websites

The Sites may contain links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
