We are counting down our top 20 favorite 360-degree views of 2021. This is Part 3 of our 4-week series. Check out the earlier posts: Part 1 (#16-20) and Part 2 (#11-15). Come back next week for the Top Five.

Oh boy, it’s finally time for the Top Ten!

Like I mentioned already, we churned out thousands of 360-degree images this year. Some of the virtual tours only feature a handful of shots (like this short tour of Minor League Baseball’s Trenton Thunder) while others have hundreds (like the full arena tour of the Houston Rockets… coming soon!).

Let’s dive into our next five favorite 360-degree panorama images from this year. You can click and pan on each image below:

10. WESTGATE SHOPPING CENTER

I flew down to Glendale for this one. In fact, it must have been my 8th trip to this area, since I did multiple visits to finish Arizona Cardinals’ NFL Stadium next door a few years back. We actually tried to photograph this shopping center a few times before Covid, but random acts of poor weather or a sink hole prevented the shoot. Nevertheless, we got Round 1 complete this fall, and you can now view the entire Westgate Entertainment District.

9. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Like the Arizona Cardinals and the shopping center next door, the Patriots also have an entertainment district surrounding their stadium. This is also the first time one of our clients was able to utilize their own 360-degree camera to capture the images on-site! We’re still adding a few more pieces, but eventually you will be able to check out the entire property.

8. GRAND CANYON BASKETBALL

GCU Basketball broke onto the D1 scene less than a decade ago, with a raucous home crowd that intimidates teams of all levels. In 2021, they reached their first NCAA tournament and are quickly becoming one of the must-see teams out west. Though the Antelopes are no stranger to success, as they won three national championships during their stint in the NAIA.

7. IOWA CUBS

I’ve been to Wrigley once, and it’s certainly on my bucket list of virtual tour locations, but the AAA Cubs of Iowa also have a sweet minor league setup. What I love most about smaller stadiums is that you never have a bad seat. Minor League Baseball is perfect for fans that want to see the action up close.

6. NORTHWESTERN LACROSSE

I didn’t believe it when I first saw this shot from Northwestern. I knew they were outside of Chicago but I had no idea their athletic facilities overlooked Lake Michigan. This has got to be one of the best waterfront views in college sports!
